Mr. Ananias Itana is the Human Resource Policy Analyst in the Office of the Prime Minister, Namibia, a position he has held since 2012. In this role, he is instrumental in shaping and analyzing HR policies that govern the nation's public service.

His extensive career within the Public Service of Namibia began as a Human Resource Practitioner (2005-2008), before advancing to the role of Senior Human Resource Practitioner (2009-2011). This progressive experience has provided him with a deep and practical understanding of human resource management at all levels of government.

Mr. Itana's academic credentials are deeply rooted in his field. He holds a Master of Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration Honours, and a Bachelor of Technology in Public Management, all with a major in Human Resource Management.

Outside of his professional duties, Mr. Itana is an avid social runner, enjoying the camaraderie and discipline of the sport.
