Xavier M. Daudi
APSHRMNet PRESIDENT
Xavier M. Daudi is a distinguished public sector leader and human resource management professional from Tanzania. He currently serves as the President of the African Public Sector Human Resource Managers' Network (APS-HRMnet) and is the Deputy Permanent Secretary in the President's Office – Public Service Management and Good Governance of the United Republic of Tanzania. In these roles, he provides strategic leadership aimed at strengthening public sector human resource management, promoting good governance, and fostering collaboration among HR professionals across Africa.
As President of APS-HRMnet, Mr. Daudi champions initiatives that:
- Promote excellence, integrity, and professionalism in public sector human resource management.
- Support leadership development, innovation, and capacity building across the public service.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration among African governments and HR institutions.

Under his leadership, APS-HRMnet has continued to strengthen partnerships among public service institutions throughout Africa and organize annual conferences that bring together policymakers, HR practitioners, academics, and development partners to address emerging workforce challenges and share best practices.
