Xavier M. Daudi is a distinguished public sector leader and human resource management professional from Tanzania. He currently serves as the President of the African Public Sector Human Resource Managers' Network (APS-HRMnet) and is the Deputy Permanent Secretary in the President's Office – Public Service Management and Good Governance of the United Republic of Tanzania.
