The 11th African Public Sector Human Resource Managers’ Network (APS-HRMnet) Annual Conference will bring together public sector leaders, human resource professionals, policymakers, academics, development partners, and governance experts from across Africa and beyond. Under the theme “Reflecting on Progress. Driving Innovation. Shaping Africa’s Future.”, delegates will explore how strategic human resource management can transform public institutions, strengthen governance, and build resilient, citizen-centered public services capable of meeting Africa’s evolving social and economic challenges.

Participants will engage in keynote presentations, panel discussions, technical sessions, networking forums, exhibitions, and knowledge-sharing activities focusing on emerging trends such as digital transformation, artificial intelligence in HR, leadership development, workforce planning, employee well-being, public sector reforms, talent management, and sustainable human capital development.

The conference also provides an opportunity to celebrate achievements, strengthen partnerships among African governments and institutions, share best practices, and develop innovative solutions that will shape the future of public administration across the continent.
